Samuel J. Shelton
Founder / President
Samuel J. Shelton is the founder, President, and visionary of the Shelton Companies; and continues directing his real estate development firm to new heights. Originally starting his career in the mortgage banking industry, Samuel made a shift to his true passion and created the Shelton Companies with the idea of helping change real estate communities around the United States for the better. Samuel has the vision of placing everyone into beautiful developments, while keeping the integrity of authentic design and aesthetic throughout all of his development.
Mr. Shelton prides himself on hiring and working with the best of the best in every aspect of the development process to produce incredibly aesthetic buildings, re-developments, and acquisitions. Using tricks of the trade from his Mortgage and Real Estate background, Samuel formed the Shelton Companies not only to create and invest in top tier real estate, but to teach the basics of building a successful real estate driven mindset and portfolio.

​Samuel played basketball at George Mason University, and is an avid sports lover who enjoys watching the NBA and NFL. He resides in the DMV area.
